Publishing Charter

Contributor accounts are given to named individuals, not to organisations or shared mailboxes. You are responsible for everything published under your account. Do not share your login with anyone else.

• News about your organisation: projects, funding, partnerships, product or service milestones, awards.
• Insight pieces: analysis, lessons learned, or opinion that is clearly presented as opinion.
• Announcements: events, calls for participation, funding calls, open roles on health innovation projects.
• Reports and resources that are free to access, or that have a clearly described free part.

Content should be relevant to health innovation, health systems, and the topics the Alliance works on.

• Sales copy, pricing pages, discount codes, or anything whose main purpose is to sell.
• Content that attacks or disparages named organisations or individuals.
• Medical advice, treatment claims, or health outcome claims that are not backed by a published source.
• Political campaigning, religious promotion, or content unrelated to health and innovation.
• Content produced by an AI tool and published without human review and fact checking.
• Anything unlawful, discriminatory, or that breaches someone’s privacy.

State facts you can support. Link to the source when you quote a figure, a study or a statement. If a piece reflects your own view, say so. Correct mistakes as soon as you notice them, or tell the editorial team so they can.

Publish only what you wrote yourself or what you have permission to publish. The same applies to images, logos, video and quotes. Use images you own or that are properly licensed, and credit them where the licence requires it. Do not publish personal data about other people without their consent.

Say clearly when a piece is sponsored, is about a paying client, or was produced as part of a commercial partnership. Mention any conflict of interest that a reader would want to know about.

• A clear, descriptive title. Do not write it in capitals throughout.
• An introduction of two or three sentences that summarises the piece.
• Subheadings for anything longer than roughly 600 words.
• A landscape featured image, at least 1200 pixels wide, that you have the right to use.
• Links that point to a real, working page.
• Your name and your organisation, so readers know who is speaking.

Every piece you submit is reviewed by the consortium before it is published. Nothing goes live automatically. The editorial team may edit titles, formatting, images and obvious mistakes, amend a piece so that it fits this charter, ask you for changes, or decline it.

Content that is already online can be edited, amended or removed at any time if it turns out not to respect this charter.

Accounts are created by hand after a request has been reviewed. Access lasts for as long as you contribute. An account that has been unused for a long time, or that has been used in a way that breaks this charter, may be suspended or removed.
